Terms and conditions for using VINBLIK.
These Terms govern your use of the VINBLIK website (vinblik.dk) and mobile application. By using either, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By using VINBLIK, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal drinking age in your location, if higher) to use features related to alcoholic beverages.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for account security and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
4. Merchant Content and Listings
Merchants are responsible for event details, availability, pricing, and compliance with local laws. VINBLIK does not guarantee listing accuracy.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload illegal content, or violate applicable law.
6. Purchases and Events
Where purchases or bookings are enabled, payment, refund, and cancellation terms are presented at checkout or in event details.
7. Intellectual Property
The VINBLIK name, logo, and product content are protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of content you submit, while granting VINBLIK a licence to display and process it for operating the service.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided 'as is' to the maximum extent permitted by law. VINBLIK is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or abuse of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
